mn tax forms

In Minnesota, husband and wife can file taxes as a single member LLC?
In MN can a man and wife file as a single-member LLC? I found, that for our federal taxes if we schedule C and two self-employment tax forms using one, you know, if this is true?
If They formed an LLC, you can not file two Schedule Cs. Do NOT follow the rules for a "qualified joint venture." You Must File a Partnership form, the output even K-1S and use of the K-1s to file the tax return. From IRS website: "A business owned and operated by the spouses in a society Limited liability does not qualify to vote. Only companies that owned and operated by spouses as co-owner (and not in the name of a state, legal Corporation) qualify for the election. See Rev. Proc. 2002-69, 2002-2 CB 831, for which special rules for men and women state law, established in community of property States.
