I have bought this software but have not yet opened. First, it was quite expensive ($ 399.00 plus tax). My fear is that I'm going to open it, and then "lost" because it complicated the case. Can someone either share a personal experience or Opinion on whether or not I should trainign on this first set or just someone to do it for me?

Who knows how a title abstract or title search is done today?
Bring the information about a property still require hard work in the tax assessor's office software, or is it avaialble that this facilitated? If I wanted to title searching companies as small, what would I need?
It depends on the branch office … some have the software, some can not and who do not charge a fee to access the information. Normally a title search includes the office, the assessor's office or treasurer office is only involved to verify taxes.
