tax on income
How is NJ and Federal Estate and income tax treatment of pensions and life insurance?

Serving as executor – both parents died in 2005. What is the estate and income tax handled for both New Jersey and Federal income from pensions and life insurance / Term Insurance. Not sure what as income is taxable and what's taxable estate. Also not sure who pays the beneficiary or estate taxes on the income tax – assuming there is an income tax debt.

The pensions are taxable. Life insurance is not. Each recipient is responsible for any tax obligation than the amount by which their income for the current year will be paid added.

foreign
How much does the government spend on foreign aid each year? What% of tax money used for foreign aid?

I know really not much about the foreign aid we give to other countries, I would like to know how we usually spend a lot? I really do not know To understand how we can afford to keep all of these other countries, they do nothing for the U.S. in return? Thurs think we should continue aid to other countries? Also Do you think it would be better, with an option to donate money to use foreign assistance for all our everybody's taxes instead of taxes by chance?

It's cool, we know the guys with the printing presses.

efile tax

efile tax
Is it illegal for someone to spouse efile income tax to you and say you are and they?

My husband and I are separated, we still have return to a common file. We have only his income. I always prepare and file our taxes. This year, his girlfriend efiled it without my knowledge. Will I be able to do anything about this, or is it OK? The form had to be signed electronically with a PIN that I did not choose. He had me pretending to paper sign of a return to be mailing it in after it already efiled. I did not know this at the time.

Technically it's not ok. The return was signed return to your AGI from the previous one. Make sure that your half of the refund you are entitled to receive. If you return any file then a paper (In your case, the input of all zeros) with a note attached that he submitted without your consent. Married filing joint status is a much lower tax bracket than married filing separate.
