How can I figure out how to do the state, a payroll in NY?

We have opened Corporation and a staff right now. So I want to even do on my statement. Does anyone have any information on where I could start? I am familiar with taxes and income tax filing in other countries so it is not all Greek to me. However, I was for some specific sites, etc to search U.S. and especially NY, that could be started to get me. Thank you!
