It is usually better, which is Federal do the first, but an independent state CA. As far as filing NR could You may provide a little information about your status? Depending on where you are or what you will do, it may be more to do that you can. I assume you are not in the U.S.. Depending on where you work, you may be able to form 2555EZ for the foreign income exclusion. If you are military, then there are other advantages. Please update Your question and I can help better. Unless the control status of the IRS Web site, a link wheres my refund. You need your SSN, filing status and expected refund give amount. Is my S-corp distributions to tax return will be taxed on my personal?

My husband and I had a separation of the taxes Ways. He has been my tax return, but I do my personal. I use one of the sites for tax preparation and everything is pretty simple and quickly. I worked for a company for six years and then went into business on my own so I have two W-2's, plus my K-1. So here's my problem …. the software shows me again just from my two 6500 W-2's. On another plan, I asked my distributions which row I enter 16 on the K-1. If I the do is reduce my refund by 2500th It seems to me that the additional funds will be distributed will be taxed as income. Is that correct? I thought the whole Sense of the s-Corp is to avoid double taxation? I have already paid the taxes on distributions on my paycheck. If I made $ 1000, I took $ 500 as dist. and 500 for income, but I paid tax on $ 1,000 to $ 500 I paid me as income. So I've already paid taxes on distributions. Am I something missing here?

Amounts in line 16 of K1 would exempt interest income, a tax exempt non-deductible expenses other income B CDE property distributions see repayment of loans from shareholders look at page 12 of this guide, which would be appropriate taxable income from line 16 http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/i1120ssk.pdf from an S Corporation flows through to the owners or shareholders of the company. This is the purpose of the K1, it shows what each shareholder profits or loss in the society was. Enter the information in the K1 on Schedule E of Form 1040 and ends in 1040th in line 17 of form Income from an S corp income is taxed as ordinary. You have no income taxes paid on that until you do so at your personal tax return, the S corp pay no tax if the S corp is paid in the course of the Year would send the S corp either a 1099 or a W-2 for both you and the IRS or so, you do not pay taxes on money you receive from the S corp file until you again your personal tax situation. The S corp could also submit a 941 per quarter and an annual Form 940 wages are paid is deducted from the income the S Corp is so you are not taxed twice
